This is the 6th tip in the “How to Play Roulette – 16 Spins to Win” eBook.

learn the roulette rules that you should follow.

The rules that you are going to need to know are more of etiquette rules rather than specific rules for the actual game of roulette.

  1. Place your bet on the table
If you don’t place your bet correctly on the table (see “tip 5 on roulette betting”: link tip 5) you will not win any money. Don’t forget that you can still put a bet down at a full table, just reach in politely and place your bet on the table.
  2. Don’t touch the table once the dealer ends betting
After initial bets are made the Croupier will begin spinning the wheel, you still have a limited time to place a bet.
Once the dealer waves his or her hand over the table and announces “no more bets,” you are not allowed to place any more chips or touch your previously placed chips.
  3. No hand exchange of money or chips
Dealers are not allowed to take money or change from a player’s hand. You must lay your money on the table to give it to the dealer.
  4. Waiting for your winnings
After the ball has come to a stop on a number the dealer will pay out all winning bets. Do not touch your chips until all of the winning bets have been payed out. You will know when this is because the dealer will remove a marker from the table.
  5. Collect your winnings
Once the marker is removed from the table, you are free to collect your chips or rearranged them as you see fit on the table. Do not put your chips in your pockets or remove them from the table if they are roulette chips. General casino chips will be issued for any roulette chips that you have won.
  6. Items allowed at the table
No electronic devices are allowed at the table whatsoever. Only chips, money, cigarettes, and sometimes drinks are allowed at the table.

Now that you know the roulette rules that you need to observe while you play roulette, you should get out there and give it a try!
